   application (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform’).
3. The Platform is owned by Xsys Software Technologies, a company incorporated under the
   Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Anantha Complex, 2nd Cross, Peenya 1st
   Stage, Peenya ,Bangalore ,India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

   13. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
       jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore and Karnataka.
